Shipping & Delivery
We provide shipping worldwide. You may be subjected to import duties, taxes and custom clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges must be borne by you. If the items are delivered damaged, you must contact our office within 24 hours after receipt of your shipment. A minimum purchase of $50 in store is required. All shipments are insured and delivered to your door. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
Canadian Customers
Canadian orders will be sent to our clients via Canada Post. Transit times may be between 7-14 business days.
USA Customers
USA orders will be sent to our clients via DHL. Transit times may be between 2 - 3 weeks. It may take longer to arrive depending on various customs offices and international postal delivery.
International Customers
International orders will be sent to our clients via DHL. Transit times may be between 3 - 4 weeks. It may take longer to arrive depending on various customs offices and international postal delivery.
