Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

For regular priced items we have an Exchange Only, No Refund policy. We offer our customers the option to exchange eligible products within 7 days of purchase.

  • Exchanged items must be approved from the main office accompanied by the original receipt. 
  • Final Sale Items are not refundable and returnable.
  • Cancellations: We can accept order cancellations, but only prior to your order being shipped. Please request a cancellation immediately, as we try to fulfill all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it, or make any changes to it. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED.

Domestic Canada Returns

To begin the process of exchanging/replacing your eligible order, please follow the steps provided:

  • Email our main office in regards to your order exchange or replacement.
  • Shipping address will be provided to send the products to fulfill your inquiry.
  • If items are delivered damaged, you must contact our office within 24 hours after receipt of your shipment with accompanied photos attached. After we have verified that the damage was caused by shipping, we will provide you with our return shipping address to which you can send the damaged item, and the refund or replacement will be issued after we have received and checked the item.

International Returns

To begin the process of exchanging/replacing your eligible order, please follow the steps provided:

  • Email our main office in regards to your order exchange or replacement.
  • Shipping address will be provided to send the products to fulfill your inquiry. 
  • If items are delivered damaged, you must contact our office within 24 hours after receipt of your shipment with accompanied photos attached. After we have verified that the damage was caused by shipping, we will provide you with our return shipping address to which you can send the damaged item, and the refund or replacement will be issued after we have received and checked the item. It is vital to indicate RETURN FOR REPAIR when fulfilling the declaration form. Please provide us a tracking number of the package once completed.
